And the reason I'm doing this is because maybe like you, like me, you've been in situations

where you've had so much compassion for someone and someone is just so dear to you and they're

going through a really tough time and basically you help them a lot and then suddenly there's

the shift between are you enabling them or are you empowering them.

So as you help or you support, shift it from an empowerment where they are, you're helping

them to learn to sub-regulate and so on, has it then shifted over to the negative of enabling.
