Summary

Roxanne Lashley took on the AT last year and took her time. She had planned to go straight north to south, yet reaching Harpers Ferry past the Independence Day holiday, she knew she needed to flip north, then head back south.

Roxanne finished back at Harpers Ferry and shares her story with us.

In our conversation, Roxanne mentioned a couple of MeetUps, so, if you're a lone who'd like to hike with others, check out these MeetUps

Remember, there are MeetUps all over the country, so check out others in your area.

Also today, Amanda Aguillard shares her story of hiking the Hadrian's Wall Path in Scotland last year.

Also, she has shared links for the places she stayed at.

She had to remind her that it's the last one to Katardner wins, but she embraced the trail

I had intended to hike that trail in 2022 when I went over to the UK and did the West Highland Way.

1:18.3

In the end, I scotched, shouldn't I said that, you know what I mean, I scotched the idea of Hadrian's

1:24.5

wall to accommodate my buddy John, who preferred the idea to use John Muir's

1:29.3

expression of sauntering. So we saundered away and took about nine days, but I wouldn't have
