Look, with 2020 being around the corner, one of the things got to be thinking about

is the fact that what are you going to be doing to increase your market value your market value.

If you are in the market and you're constantly leaning on someone

to give you a lead, you know hand you what to do to go out there make a

sale and you don't know how to self-generated your market goes on. What does this mean?

If you work for a real estate company and that real estate company gives you leads, it may sound warm and fuzzy. It may sound like a good proposition, but long term they control you. You're no different than being an employee who on one day they don't like you they can start giving you the bad leads and give the good leads to people that they like.

Or the leads period become bad because it's gone through a lot of different people.

But if you learn how to generate your own leads... become bad because it's gone through a lot of different people.
