An old 81-year-old guy entered the House chamber on Thursday evening, the subject of Democratic worries and Republican taunts, with a nation concerned that he may not have the vigor and acuity

to lead the country for another four years.

Less than two hours later, Joe Biden was a conquering hero for the Democrats,

strongly making the case for not only his re-election,

but listing all the reasons why his predecessor,

yes, Donald Trump, should never return to the White House.

And if he wasn't drawing differences between himself and his predecessor,

he was lecturing the majority House Republicans on the errors of their ways.

Now my predecessor, a former Republican president tells Putin, quote, do whatever the hell you want.

That's a quote.

My predecessor came to office determined to see Roevey Wade overturned.

He's the reason was overturned, and he brags about it.

For my predecessor, many in this chamber,
