very fun episode. But important and hopefully informative. Yeah, that's good. Important and

informative. That's true. We wanted to talk today about the three things we're seeing the most

in our counseling offices with girls and boys and those are anxiety, depression, and anger.

And my guess is you're seeing some of one of the three at least in your house too. And so we

want to talk a little bit about what to watch for and even more so how and where to get help.

Because it just feels more important than ever. I think we would both say in light of where we

are with our world. So okay, let's start with anxiety because that's definitely what we're seeing

the most. And you all probably know this, but anxiety is definitely the number one mental health

problem in the world. Not only among kids, but also among grownups. The great news is it's also

the most treatable. So there are a lot of things that we can do to help that you can do at home to

but especially in counseling, I think we see movement pretty quickly when it comes to anxiety,
