What's up, guys? So today's episode is a, it's a shorter one. We got on the phone together because I'm down in Tampa right now. And so I wanted to do a podcast because Eugene and I, we have this routine. We do them every Wednesday. And so I wanted to keep the routine alive. So I just flew into Tampa. We did a podcast. We talk about a lot of just training etiquette. So we're going to talk about being aggressive, like how to be aggressive with not hurting

your training partners, how to deal with like some of the different sort of ways that

you could handle lack of communication on the mat, right?

Because it's very important that you communicate with your training partners to make

sure that you avoid any sort of static or beef between each other, but also

so that you can be incredibly safe and train really hard and all that stuff.

And I'm also going to talk about me being the softest bitch in Jiu Jitsu.

So we'll talk about that too.
