Summary

Sarah and Jacob Hoggle disappeared in early September 2014 from Montgomery County, Maryland. They were last seen in the care of their mother, Catherine Hoggle, who gave conflicting accounts of their whereabouts before ultimately refusing to disclose where they were. She was later arrested. Catherine, who has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, was deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial and has remained in a psychiatric facility ever since. The children's fate remains unknown to this day. Their father, Troy Turner, continues to seek justice and answers. Their case remains one of Maryland’s most heartbreaking and high-profile missing children cases. 1:09.9	And it's a more recent case. I mean, now I guess it's happened almost, what, 10 years ago.
1:14.8	And it is a disappearance case. That's crazy that 10 years ago was 2015. I know, I know. It is like,
1:19.7	it feels like it was only like two or three years ago, maybe five at the most. But yeah,
1:24.5	I feel like so many cases that we cover are like 80s 90s early 2000s so whenever
1:30.8	there's something like more recent than i'd say like 2010 i'm always like oh this is recent but it's like
1:37.6	wait that's like 10 years ago yeah yeah yeah time has makes no sense to me to probably anybody, but yeah.
