So, well, I'm quite sure.

I have not talked to these family members.

It's my great-grandmother's property.

She's been passed.

And I guess apparently they don't want to, I guess they don't want to deal with it.

So they, I'm an heir and I'm just learning all of this lingo, TK, so bear with me.

And I guess because my grandmother, that was her mother, and then my mother, you know, she's deceased.

I survived her.

They need my signature to move forward.

It's called a quiet title what the attorney was telling me.

Yes.

He said, essentially, he said, we don't know about an offer or the money just yet,

but he said your family members petition to do a quiet title because your great

grandmother didn't leave anything in her will ask to who the property should go to.

So now they want to sell it and your and you and your sister are airs because you are grandkids.

So we need you to sign off on it so we can go to a hearing in South Carolina, and then you

can choose to fly in for the hearing or that we can video in.

But, TK, I didn't want to sign nothing because, again, I haven't been to that property
