Hey guys, welcome back. It's a Dr. Cloud show, and it's going to be with you again.

One of the things that we generally do on the program start off talking about something specific,

and I've seen the numbers recently, but do you know that before COVID,

about 16 or 17% of America was diagnosable as having anxiety,

depression, or addictions?

And then post-COVID, it went up over 40% of Americans would in some way meet diagnostic criteria for one of those things.

That's a lot of pain and a lot of its anxiety.
