Kansas City Chiefs 27 Los Angeles Chargers 24, I think that the funniest thing about the broadcast is how many commercials there were for Amazon Prime. I mean, if you were watching the game in theory, you already had Amazon Prime.

So why the need for commercials during the game for Amazon Prime? I'm not quite sure, although that was kind of funny.

And while yes, the selling point of the game clearly was the quarterback matchup Patrick Bohomes versus Justin Herbert from our perspective as Commander's fans.

How about who came in for the injured Justin Herbert? He suffered an injury to his ribs, former Redskins quarterback Chase Daniel.

Chase Daniel still going strong as like the ultimate backup quarterback. A quarterback who has made tens of millions of dollars over a decade plus but has barely played.

The skin sign Chase Daniel as an undrafted free agent, Adam Azurri. In 2009, he remains in the NFL. This is his age 36 season. He and his NFL career has started a mere five regular season games.

And yet he in his NFL career is believed to have made at least 30 plus million dollars, if not 40 plus million dollars, depending on what you go by. God bless, Chase Daniel.

By the way, did you see the news on Thursday that the commanders this past Sunday for the regular season opening 28-22 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars at FedExfield reportedly set a franchise game day record for merchandise sales?

The rebrand yielded all kinds of merch sales of the team this past Sunday opened a new 6200 square foot store at FedExfield. Now as you also may have heard, we last Sunday had muggate as a team truck was selling coffee mugs with the commanders W logo in front of the outline of the state of Washington as opposed to an outline of the city of Washington DC.

Because you know, there's a difference between the state of Washington and the city of Washington DC and the mugs were sold by the official team truck right outside of the team shop.

Hey, Washington DC, the state of Washington, you say potato, I say potato. All right. I mean, what do you want? Stop being so demanding. But hey, you know what? Seriously, good for the commanders for selling some merch this past Sunday as for what's going to happen this Sunday.

Well, had you like our defensive coordinator, Jack Del Rio at his post-practice press conference on Thursday afternoon? Jack, JDR, making headlines and raising eyebrows with what he said about linebacker Jamin Davis, Jack called out Jamin for not playing well in the win over the Jags. Now, you know, Jack wasn't mean in what he said and he wasn't really wrong in what he said.

But it's that he said what he said that stands out as much as anything. This is the same Jack Del Rio who goes out of his way to say next to nothing at his press conferences. That same Jack Del Rio, he on Thursday afternoon sent a very clear message to Jamin Davis.
