podcasting Ronnie just disappears for long stretches of time. It's hot, unrelentingly hot and humid and we're doing radio by ourselves, you and me.

And to the point of it being unrelentingly hot and humid,

do you live in the kind of neighborhood where like guys water their lawns?

Actually, yeah, just to answer that.

We'll start there.

So we bought a house a couple months ago,

moved into the neighborhood, and it's a it's kind of a smaller subdivision

It's really it's literally just a circle every house faces all the other houses about 25 houses in the neighborhood

And so I was anxious is too strong of a word,

but I was hyper aware when I moved in

that this could be the kind of neighborhood

where there's a lot of lawn care contests.

You know, that's the guy who doesn't mow his lawn every four days kind of thing.

And so I was very worried that it was going to be like I was like oh I might have to install a sprinkler system so my neighbors don't hate me etc

Turns out it is not that kind of neighborhood. You know people take care of their property is fine but it's but it's there's not
