Well, good morning, everybody.

Hey, it is Melanie Mitro, and we are live with a business tip Tuesday.

It is Tuesday, February the 13th, just one day away from Valentine's Day.

And I am totally feeling the jet lag after being on the West Coast for a few days to do a leadership conference for the company that I'm a part of. So,

one of the things that they asked me to speak about at that conference was time management and

life balance. And I'm excited to kind of bring you a series over the next few days and talk to you about this concept.

So I actually started, we're going to walk through something like this called time blocking today.

We're going to talk a little bit about priorities, setting some boundaries.
