episode of the Hello Sydney podcast here, a podcast for horror lovers where we discuss any and all

things horror. And it's me,

your host, Sydney. What's everybody been up to? What's everybody been watching? How many of you have seen Romulus? I personally have not. I actually might go today because today's

matinee day at the theater near me. And it's a really rainy, like gloomy day. So I feel like

it's a perfect day to go see Romulus. And from what I've seen,

everybody's pretty divided. Like some people are either loving it or they're like,

eh, it was okay. So I don't really, and I've seen some people just downright fucking hate it.

So I don't really know what to think at this point. To be entirely honest, like the alien

franchise is just simply not my favorite. And the only one that I've actually even seen in the

franchise is the original alien. Like they just don't really do it for me. Um, so I don't know if I'm

going to like this, to be perfectly honest. I have no idea. I'm kind of going in with like lowish

expectations because I feel like I'm not necessarily the target audience for this one. And that's

fine. This

week I did watch a fucking crazy movie called Milk and Serial. I did a review of it on TikTok and on

Instagram if you guys have seen it. Holy shit. So this was recommended to me by Brian, who is one of

the other members of the Dark Screen Society, my friends that I talk about all the fucking time.

And I like literally went into this movie. It's like an hour. It's like a little over an hour.

It's on YouTube. And I'm thinking this is just going to be like a casual found footage movie.

Like, oh, whatever. I'll check it out. This is one of the best found footage movies that I think has

come out in like recent years, to be perfectly honest. And like, it's so low

budget, as you can tell. But like the acting is still good. Like it's not like it's painful to watch or
