wanted to give a warning before I start. As I said in the intro the the actual full detail of what went on during the early morning of the 22nd of February 1993,

has been sealed by the courts as too gruesome to release to the public.

So I guess the best place to start with is at the beginning. Granoff is a historic settlement situated in a floodplain 400 kilometers or 250 miles north of Perth, Western Australia and 24 kilometers or 15 miles south of

Geraldton on the Brand Highway with a population of around 800 people. If you have a look at it on

Google Maps or Google Earth you can see it is out in the middle of nowhere. So it was here that Karen Mackenzie 33 had decided

to try to make a life for herself in what would be described by some as a rundown house in
