I love June. I think it's super fun. Probably because my birthday is coming in July 7th. Don't worry. We're going to party.

I hope you are enjoying it as well. In January, I got to go to Haiti to visit the My Life Speaks nonprofit organization that is in Nepali.

I went with my friend Lisa Harper and her daughter, Missy. My lovely assistant Eliza, who you guys know and love.

I spent a lot of time with Lisa Harper before that. But being an unthorough country will make you besties real quick.

I've loved Lisa's work and her writing for a really long time. She's an incredibly good speaker, incredibly profound Bible teacher.

I'm just such a huge fan. While we are in Haiti, we actually spoke at a women's conference.

To get to travel with her and speak with her and get to watch how she handles people so beautifully and hittles sort of God.

So beautifully was such a huge honor.

Lisa has a new book coming out called The Sacrament of Happy. What a smiling God brings to the wounded world.

And listen, she is really, really fun. And today's podcast I think you're going to love because not only do you get amazingly fun Lisa Harper, but also in and out of here is her sweet little seven year old daughter, Missy Harper.

Right. I mean, it's just about in a container with egg crate stuff. Yes, right. I know two microphones and black egg crates and black walls. This is awesome. Welcome to it. It's really fun. I totally love it. Is it?

Oh, yeah, the lights are kind of blue. We have one door out. Yeah, it's really good. Except luckily we're not surrounded by some great 80s ballads. We can have a major dance party in here with maybe three people.
