Darwin Vest was last seen, leaving the Crown Bar in downtown Idaho Falls alone,

sometime around 1230 a.m. on June 3rd, 1999.

Well, I initially thought that Lee was responsible for Darwin's

parents and death because he behaved very suspiciously.

He took off to sound like the next day and he was very unco-op-cooperative.

They had a running down.

I felt he was the culprit.

My theory is when you hear the rest of the story that he did escape that night.

Absolutely 100% Don Ellingford escaped on the night of 6-3 1999 early morning hours and he went undetected for we don't know how long.

He ended up back at the work facility that morning. We absolutely believe it 100%.

In contrast, the detectives in Darwin's case and there's been a few over the years.

Wrapped up all of their reports and notes on Darwin's case with the following, quote,

there is no evidence of foul play

and it is likely that Darwin Vests drowned

in the Snake River the night he disappeared. The It's the evening of June 3rd 1999.
