Josh, what's going on?

Yeah, it is true.

I boil my meat.

I boil my meat like fortnightly, at least every couple of weeks. It's pretty good though. You guys got to try that sous meat stuff. It's delicious.

There's something about not grilling meat that rubs me the wrong way and you know for people have listened to the edge pod for a while I'm very particular about my meat putting it in a plastic bag and boiling it does not seem like it would be

ideal. I like that kind of grilled smoky kind of half burned flavor you know what I mean

oh but you get that too so you actually you sear it on the grill afterwards you just just the inside's perfect so like the problem with

when you're cooking on the grill unless it's super hot like they do at Roos Chris where they have a special

cup special oven and they get super super hot and it gives you that crust immediately.

It takes too long to get the crust so the inside gets overcooked and you get that ring and

with the suveed everything in the middle is perfectly cooked.

You get that sear on the outside you get your

crust and you got the best of all worlds. All right anyways we are extremely

excited to have Josh's by a low model exclusively on established the run this year

we'll be part of our in-the-season package but I think I want the people to get to know

you a little bit though because if they only know you on Twitter I think they kind of
