Summary

Joe and Floyd join forces with Bobby Lincoln, a sharp, ambitious racketeer who runs a diversified group of illicit enterprises in the black community. The unlikely brethren cross racial lines and develop a scheme to capitalize on Joe’s influence as a judge.

0:09.0	Then in 1952, the entire population of West Palm Beach saw his morals called into question.
0:15.0	Judge Chillingworth presided over the malpractice case against Joe. Chillingworth suspended Joe from practicing for two months.
0:24.6	And Judge Chillingworth warned Joe that if you committed malpractice again,
0:28.6	he would be disbarred.
0:31.6	Not long after Joe's suspension, a lanky, handsome veteran showed up at his office in the Harvey building.

0:45.3	On December 1st, 1954, Dwight Rogers, who was the U.S. Representative for West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, passed away. So Paul Rogers filed to run for U.S. Representative for West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County passed away.
