gentlemen, this is the T.K Kirkland podcast. I'd like to talk about so many different things around this world.

This week we talk about the music industry and how so many jobs have gotten taken away from

the music industry and how so many jobs have gotten taken away for companies to save annually 270 million dollars a year.

How many people got fired?

Man, you're talking like anywhere between 150 to 170 people approximately?

Damn.

A lot, a lot a lot and that's a lot and you know it's the

worst time to me to get fired around the holidays.

not so many people don't get back on their feet between now Christmas.

And not so many people, a lot of people don't know that every year Christmas comes and people start thinking about Christmas sometimes a month before Christmas gets there.

So they'll spend a lot of money and then I'll say, oh man, I'm broke for Christmas, but you knew last year.

Christmas was coming.

So I try to give people, this kind of thing is going to be about a lot of things.

It's going to be that the beginning to the music industry you gotta always go in with one foot in one foot out and the reason why you have to do that

because that business is not secure even if you did 15, 20 years it will catch you slipping and you always

have to be ready. And so from you being on the inside what tell me some of the things you think people have done to put themselves in bad

situations because you see people crying you see people upset and when people are crying upset it's to me a sign of panic

cause they wasn't prepared.

Yeah that's exactly what I was about to say. I think a lot of people just wasn't prepared and a lot of people just got comfortable.
