It's weird, like I'm starting to feel like this serious, not anxiety, but responsibility.

That like, that is my only concern.

I would rather not shoot or harvest a deer than do it poorly.

You know what I mean?

Like, that feels like a huge responsibility.

The first thing people need to do is like establish realistic goals.

I think sometimes people get on these kicks of like motivational talks or inspirational

this and that, but the reality is like, I am not built to play in the NBA, no matter how

much I want to.

Sometimes I think we need to take a step back and be like, okay, like, hey, what do I want?

What am I good at?

Do these things align at all?

It doesn't mean we can't pursue our passions and things like that, but I think if we can

start to establish like real realistic goals for like short, medium and long term, that's

really helpful.

I think people look often to, I want to be the very best now.

And instead of taking the time to go through the process and make smaller goals to get there,

because those can be victories in and of itself.

You know, we would talk even about like micro goals, even like really tiny things, really

small things that show that you're moving in the right direction.
