This needs to be Don Granado's last season as the head coach of the Buffalo Sabres for many

different reasons.

This is nothing to do with him as a person.

Let me just make that clear right now so that there's no misunderstanding as to what

I'm saying.

When you have this much talent, forget about the roster makeup and the things that we've

complained about over the years about lack of physicality and all this other stuff.

When you have this much talent, I understand that young talent is hard to win with in the

NHL.

But when you have this much talent and this much consistency of zero energy or zero preparation

for a game or zero come out of the gate ready to play, no back-to-back wins more than twice this year.

He struggles to get this team going.
