Hey guys, welcome back to Mighty Blue on the Appalachian Trail, the ultimate ultimate midlife crisis. We're at episode number 398 this week, and our main guest is Kyle O'Grady or Narnar. Though you're more likely going to know him through his YouTube channel called somewhat tongue-in-cheek, Kyle hates hiking. And no, he doesn't hate hiking, but he has a great self-deprecating style that I think you're going to

enjoy when you hear his story I actually tried out a new idea for interviewing him turning his own

words on him I think he enjoyed it I hope you will too car will be on in a moment of course I was hoping

to catch up with both remaining members of our mighty blue class of 23 one of them Jessica

was unable to record this

week, so we're going to be circling back with her next week. I did manage to speak with Giant Flag,

however, which was important, as she is just a few days left on a through hike. Indeed, when you

hear this on release date, she'll be on her very last day, planning to summit Spring and Mountain.

In anticipation of speaking with both women this week,

where once again you can hear George becoming philosophical and very thoughtful

as his own journey nears its end.

you know, AT, through hiking, backpacking podcast. And so, no, I'm, I'm super, super grateful for the invite.

So thank you very much, man. I appreciate that. And by the way,

in the UK, OG is either own gold or old Git. So I'll take, I'll go with the old Git. I'm happy with that one. I don't even know what that means to be honest. I don't even really know what it means here in this States. I know it. It just means like original. Oh, right. Okay. I don't know what the actual, like the literal, you know, O.G stands for. I just know, like, the phrase O.G just means like original, like, older, established, like, you know.
