I don't know if you're sick of me yet this week, but we are pumping out the episodes.

And today you're getting an episode here with Dakota Lindworm who was the 2022 champion at

Grandma's Marathon. She was also the 2021 champion as well, but she is having herself a year

and huge PR. Grandma's 225 at Grandma's, which was I believe a four minute PR big, big jump.

She also ran Boston this spring, Boston last fall, and she's gearing up to run another marathon

this fall. So she is loaded up with the races. She has a really great story. She grew up a hockey player

for Mom convinced her to be a runner and she shares a little bit about her relationship with

her mom, which is super special in this episode as well as the race at Grandma's itself, what it

meant to her and where she sees this all going. I just loved talking to Dakota and I know you're

gonna love hearing from her as well. She's such a positive, happy, and motivating human being
