So you were in LA, I know you went to Mr. Olympia,

you kind of had a chance to be there.

I was in LA at Gold's Gym where I think we met many years ago. I was there doing a training camp and then from there we went to Vegas

watching the Mr Olympia and I stopped by in Dallas for a couple of days then I go to Mexico

then I go back to LA and then I fly back to Europe. So are you constantly traveling or no

this is just a season right now? It's been pretty busy last couple of years with various

different things that I'm that I'm into with my business and then the training and
