I refuse to take on a doppler role of a victim.

In every circumstance, and that means that I try to take ownership for everything.

That means I'm not blaming or putting my failure or my mistake on someone else.

The worst thing that you could do to me in life is play the victim card.

Because then you've basically told yourself that you can't improve or change

or you couldn't have prevented or made better a certain situation.

And I think it's a dead-end road.

And as it's going on, one of the things that really, really hit me hard from that meeting

was something that Simon Roosevelt said.

He said in that meeting,

disagreement is no excuse for disengagement.

He said, although we're all sitting here and we all have,

we agree to disagree here. We're not on the same page.

Because we don't agree. That does not mean that you then disengage from finding a solution

or the issue itself and you become stagnant or proposed to anything else because you're not

getting what you want. And the way you hit it, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.

It's about to get crazy. It's about to go down.

It's about to get crazy.

It's going to be loud.

This is our house. We do what we want.

We're going to move forward.

Everybody's coming.
