As a matter of protocol, the Secret Service advises the State Police that an event is

anticipated followed by a joint meeting and site visits.

On Friday, July 5th, the Secret Service notified PSP that the former President Trump would take

place, or a rally would take place in Butler.

On Monday, July 8th, I and other commanders from PSP

attended the initial planning meeting with various law enforcement

agencies.

I visited site multiple times and completed a PSP operation plan

leading up to July 13th. The Pennsylvania State Police provided all resources requested by the Secret Service.
