talking about parmesan cheese I think I kind of can't believe we haven't done this already.

We say this and we say that every time. Yeah, and I don't think this was a listener suggestion. I don't mean like

listener suggested we don't do it, but like I think we were just sitting around like is it possible

we've never done partisan cheese are there any episodes that listeners have written in

to say like don't do that I mean like prospectively no I think there have been somewhere listeners didn't

like how we did it oh for sure and wish and I mean as well they should not okay

so let's go down memory lane what What was the parmesan of your youth?

So my parents, they always bought like parmesan in a wedge and I grew up in, know in Oklahoma where it was not like you know we didn't have

fancy grocery stores we had like home land in a Safeway and well, but it Crescent market you know was it just had normal products it wasn't any

sort of like oh but they had a suit of armor they had a suit of armor that's not

fireplace they had a tray None of this is normal.

They had carpet.

But no, so when I was growing up, you know, like, I think that we probably had mostly

access to like domestic quote-unquote

parmes on yes which I'm sort of afraid to talk about yeah let's not that we got it a

little bit okay anyway we come you know like shrinkwrapped in the same section where you would buy like

craft singles, right?

And I think I do remember, so we've talked about Mediterranean import, the place in Oklahoma City before and I

remember that once Mediterranean imports opened that was like a big thing because
