boys i'm going to go ahead to tell you up front i had a terrence ray asked not to sleep last night

so yeah i am not firing on all cylinders but that's all right i had the great ones show up in

the tough moments you know i mean you know i have the opposite effect i think between i was telling

terence i think between uh last night uh yesterday actually almost all day and last night because i wasn't feeling too

well i got too much sleep so i'm in a i'm in a mind fog got dabbing on us with the sleep huh

oh man you got all you getting some sleepies night store that's it's fun i am mad but both it's

partially due to depression you know and sleeping in bed all day, but... I have the exact opposite.

I can't sleep when I'm depressed.

I know.

Too hopped up on cortisol and to some degree, diet coke.

I feel poorly today.
