One of my favorite things about brewing my own beer is that I have the ability to do whatever

the hell I want to do.

You know, like riffing on established styles.

Sometimes the results suck, but other times they're quite good, maybe even

enough to become their own new style. Well, that's sort of what the brew club did recently.

This is the Brewlossophy podcast. I'm your host, Marshall Shot, and today I'm joined by my friends

Tim Meish, Justin Prezzer, Emilio Angiano, and Craig Fry. That's a new name in there, Emilio Angiano.

We'll get to you here in a minute. To review the 14th installment of the brew club's average brew beers. For this quarter, members of the brew club didn't just choose a style, but they kind of invented one all of their own. They call it UK Pills. This is the kind of stuff I get excited about. We're going to get into the ingredients and the description of UK pills here in a bit. But before that, how are you guys feeling about

this review of a beer style that I've never even tasted and I drink a lot? Pretty fired up

about it. Now, I know that this was just invented, but I have done some deep research, very deep research on it.

I imagine you did it.

I can't, I cannot wait to hear what you've researched on this non-style.

Mind-blowing.
