Listen and I don't know if I shared this with some of my viewers. I did not know what a narcissist was or what narcissism was. But then I will hear it would be like. It's almost like things get kind of trendy. So it's like that became a word people threw around a little bit.

A lot and I would and it would struck my interest because I would hear things and it would just. It was zone in the certain people in my life. I would think well, is that person narcissism? I'm not narcissists or whatever.

For you. What is the definition that just if you don't mind to people that don't know what's the definition of an narcissist. Okay. And narcissists is someone who lacks empathy, lacks remorse.

That God like in their thinking self entitled delusional. They're adults with a stunted emotional intelligence, which means they're like children trapped in adult bodies.

They were traumatized or abused in their childhood. And abuse comes in different forms. So they could, you know, their parents, if their parents were running the streets and abandon them.

They can become emotionally void that way. If they're molested or beaten badly. If there's spoil too much, you know, it comes in different forms.

You know what I mean? I know a lot of people that was spoiled when they were younger. And they're terrible now. They become self entitled adults. So I want to make something clear.

We all have narcissistic traits. Everybody does everybody because if your mother and father is toxic, your family are narcissistic, you were raised in that environment. You're going to pick up those habits.

It isn't until you get out into the real world and you get around other people and people start mirroring back to you, your toxic shit. And then you're like, yo, I need to work on that. But see a narcissist will say, well, fuck it. I'm not changing for nobody. So there's a difference. We all have traits. We can get rid of the traits.

You have to have at least five of the nine to be considered a narcissist. So, you know, we all toxic. But at the end of the day, if you're willing to be accountable and clean your shit up, you're not a narcissist.

Narcissists don't give a fuck. They lack accountability. Right. So there's a difference.

I think that it's like a breath of fresh air that you're so explain it to you about that because I feel like in my peer group or me coming up, that wasn't something that people talked about. And when it became that trendy word, if people talk about people are not explaining that or even looking into the definition of it.
