Hello everyone and welcome back to the podcast. Today's episode is episode 39. The grassy

0:31.0

knoll is not without its groupies. The people that grabbed onto the idea of a conspiracy and

0:36.3

turned it into a cult-like gathering

0:38.5

Lady, and in the episode which follows that, episode 41, will cover Badge Man.

I'll explain the nomenclature and its origin as we get into

2:03.0

the episodes themselves. So, without further ado, let's listen to episode 39. The Babushka Lady is the now infamous moniker given to a mysterious woman who was situated right there on the south side of Elm Street.

2:33.2

Her nickname arose from the headscarf she wore that

2:36.2

day, which was similar to scarves worn by elderly Russian women. Babushka literally means grandmother

2:43.3

or old woman in Russian. She was standing right behind Charles Bram and his five-year-old son,
