He has a unique situation and it's never been discussed on my show before and before we start family can you tell the people what you're going through

It's a tough people your situation and we go roll from there.

Okay. I try to give you the short version because it's pretty complex.

Okay.

But long story short, I just been going through a bit of harassment, discrimination with elements of retaliation at work.

I work for a federal agency.

And so... a federal agency and so long story short it's you know certain agencies are

dominated by certain races more than others as far as you know as far as management on down or whatever there's a certain like culture or whatnot.

So in my agency there happens to be aware of my location because it varies, you know, throughout the United States,

but it happens to be Filipino-based or whatnot.

So, and not that I'm racist, that's just what the makeup happens to be.

Okay, yeah, we could talk on this. I'm racist that's just what the makeup happens to be a good thing.

We could talk on this dog in the back of the fact.

Right, right.

So long story short, I was, I happen to be at lunch, you know, I work where I work at they put a lot of work on that.

So I did extra work real quick and then I ended up taking my lunch break a little later than I normally take. Well, I end up taking my break a little later than I normally take, well I didn't take my break a little later

than I normally take that which made my lunch a little later.

So when I got to my lunch break I went to the union office, I didn't get anything to eat. I went to the union

office and I was discussing with the union rep about you know just harassment

...
