I hope you had a good week.

I'm just popping in to let you all know that my dad's doing very well. The surgery went well. I've spent the last week in Cleveland at the Cleveland Clinic, which is just a very amazing and inspiring

place. The people who work there are absolutely incredible and I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care

of my dad. So this week I am behind on shows and Rob Raines has stepped in with Gianna to record an

episode and I am so, so grateful for him doing that. I will be back next week

for regularly scheduled programming. Thank you so much for all of your good wishes and prayers.

They worked. It's an amazing, amazing story and situation, and I just cannot believe that my dad's heart and, you know, all of that is

basically good as new. He just has to recover from a very, very extensive surgery, which he's,

he's, you know, well on his way, but it will take a lot of time.

So I'm going to be traveling to spend time with him more.

And, yeah, we're all just pitching in in the family.

And we're so grateful that he's still there.

One funny story is when he was waking up from anesthesia, once they took his

breathing tube out, you know, I told him that he looked really good because his face had

color in it. I had expected him to look like pale as a ghost, like half dead, you know. And I was like,

Dad, you look good. Like, there's dead, you know. And I was like, dad, you look good.
