All right, coaches, welcome to the hardwood hustle and we're going to talk about confidence today.

And so we've got some thoughts for you on, you know, do I build confidence? So I have to tear it down to break it back up. Do how do I handle confidence at different age groups? So we're going to jump in. Sam's going to start us off with a scenario that he's had going on and his basketball coach. And I've also got a scenario I'm thinking of, but really just kind of put it out there because

I think we all deal with this, right? We all deal with, you know, confident players, what's an overconfident player, what's an underconfident player? How do we get them into that right space? How do we get them into the right flow where they're showing up the way that they best play and best perform for the team. So Sam, what you got? Yeah, well, no doubt. Confidence is a huge

part of any sport, basketball particularly, and I've seen it now with being a dad and my own

kids now, how important it is. I was in a conversation recently with a father and a kid

and who was looking at our program for travel ball and

the three of us were talking.

It was after a workout and, you know, the dad made a comment that said, you know,

we really need to find so-and-so program where the coach is going to believe in them
