On a recent trip to the beach, I was overcome with the "shoulds" of posting on social media, even while I was supposed to be unplugged for the week. I got to the point where I said "I'm 52 years old, and if my reach is going to suffer because I was fully in the moment with my family, so be it." Let's talk about how we can do this differently so we can still succeed with social media but on our terms. It's time to get off the hamster wheel friends.
