But like you just said, we can't drink beer perpetually, right? Not all day, every day, all night.

And so hop water is this kind of nice, like, in between day, every day, all night. And so hop waters is kind of nice,

like, in between where you get the fizziness of a sparkling water, but just a little bit of

scratching that itch thanks to the hops that are added. Yeah, I'm actually going to pick up some

hop water today. I haven't made my own yet, but I've had quite a few commercial versions. I'm

planning on getting some

Laganita's Hopi refresher today because my doctor has me on this weird experiment where she wants

me to cut out most beer drinking. I told her that I can't cut out all because of brulosophy, of course,

and she kind of rolled her eyes. But she wants me to cut out beer drinking a little bit, and I haven't had coffee in four days,

and I'm telling you, it's horrible the way that I feel, especially in the mornings. But like I said,

I'm regularly struck by the fact that this crisp, you know, refreshing hoppy beverage is as

new as it is because I feel like sparkling water. I mean, I remember talking rain back in the day.
