Hello, sir. How are you? Hey, Brad, doing well. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you and

everybody out there. Hopefully you are warm. You're actually in Florida, I believe you said.

But I know for like 95% of the country,

it has been freezing the past weeks. Are you warm? I escaped to Florida, which is why I probably

don't sound as good as normal either. So my apologies on the audio quality. People probably understand

it's holidays. We're on the road. But yeah, it's actually been cold by florida standards um basically like it got below freezing a couple days in a row in florida which

kind of never happens people are panicking around here but in atlanta where i normally am it was below

it was below zero a couple times this week like it's been uh very very very cold to the point where

there's like lots of like pipe bursts happening in

Atlanta and it's unseasonably cold, let's say. I'm sure it's like 80, right? 80 in Arizona right now.

It was 73 on Christmas Day here. Sure it was. That makes sense. But yeah, I mean, obviously not a ton
