my name. Ladies and gentlemen this is the T.K. Kirk from podcast. Let's say today's a busy busy day for T.K. for T. K. I got a big show tonight in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I've been going for one interview to another and it's just been a blessed day.

And this young lady and I was talking the other day and I just really loved her position in the world because she's doing things for people and I wanted

to introduce her to you guys around the world who might need her services one day.

Young later, T, can you tell them what you do, where you at and how you got into the business?

Yes, so I'm currently located in Hampton, Virginia, so born and raised. I spent about 12 years in the Washington, D.C. area.

And so currently I serve as a corporate recruiter for a property management company.

And so property management, how did I get into property management?

Got into property management in 2006.

I started as a leasing consultant working on site,

relocated to the Northern Virginia, D.C. area

and continued my career up there.

And so that kind of landed me as a I started working for a staffing

agency kind of spearheaded the staffing agency. Okay. They were new to the

Washington DC area. Um, was, uh, I would consider what they called area was a

a, I was considered what they called a recruiting manager.

So it was a temp agency, just doing a lot of, you know,

recruiting, you know, trying to find people, get them in the industry, a lot of recruiting, you know trying to find people get them in the industry a lot of

training a lot of things like that and that ultimately landed me where I am now so like I said

serve as a corporate recruiter but I also have my own direct placement agency
