Hi, everyone.

I hope you had a good first week of the new year.

It's been something, that's for sure. You'll hear a funny story from when I chat with Dakota Wright about how I found out about some of the current events going on via a housewife.

But yeah, there's a lot happening. I'm reminded of that meme from 30 Rock

where Tina Fey's character, Liz Lemon, says to Jack, it's been, it's been a year. And he's like,

Liz, it's January 3rd. And that's how I feel about now.

You know, there's been a lot going on in the world.

There's been a lot going on in my hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota,

and a lot going on in my personal life that has contributed to a real increase in anxiety and stress. And so I'm a little bit

in survival mode right now. So if you don't see as much coming out from me, that's probably why.

I'm going to do my best to keep doing these podcasts weekly. but if I need to end up taking a break, I will.

So, yeah, that's where it's where my mental health is these days.

I don't talk about it as much, I think, on the podcast, but I do have a pretty historically have had a pretty
