Hey, everybody. Welcome to the We're born for this podcast with Father John Ricardo and Mary

Guilfoyle. We're a couple of missionaries at Acts 29. This is the podcast where we talk about

how acquiring a biblical worldview brings us great hope. God who created and rescued this world

calls you and me to be agents of transformation and

recreation. Mary, how do you like the windy city? We're out here in Chicago doing a little work

with the Seminary Formation Council this week, as well as a whole host of pastors from various

parts of the country trying to prepare them for receiving actually a newly ordained

priest.

There's a, I think many people probably know that those who are ordained transitional deacons,

they are ordained deacons for an indeterminate number of months, usually six to 12.

And then their first critical assignment is just that.

It's critical.

And so we're having an opportunity to serve, come alongside some of our brothers who

are going to be receiving those guys.

I've got some work with them before.

It's been great to be with them again.

It's always a delight to be with our beloved priests.

Amen.

And these were priests that we were with, what, Father John, two years ago

on the front end of this two-year process. And it'll be delight to be with them again. They

are among our favorite people. Indeed, they are. And they are very much in my mind as we
