This begins part two of my interview with Stephanie McNeil concerning the disappearance of her brother, John Spira.

John Michael Spira was a 45-year-old from Chicago, Illinois.

He was a fantastic guitar player and self-employed.

On the evening of February 23, 2007, John was at his business with plans to meet a friend at a restaurant at 8.30 p.m.

John never arrived.

He was never seen again. I'm at Denzel, and this is unfound. Let's move on to the phone information.

You've already kind of touched upon it about the Pings.

Why don't we talk about that again?

What is the phone information regarding John?

We know that his phone is missing to this day, but the Pings regarding John we know that his phone is missing to this day but

the thing the pings do we know what the records are who was the last person he

texted or called what do you know about all of that Stephanie yeah so the

information I have is that the phone pinged in that area of his business. It never left. The phone

never left is what they said, that area. And it pinged until around 11.30 when it stopped.

So it was pinging in that area until 113030 when it stopped i know the person that he was

supposed to have dinner with tried calling him um i think ranada tried calling him several times

um but that last call was to the person he made plans with.

Okay. And do you have John's phone records from that night?

I don't, no, I don't have the phone. Okay.

I know that the last call he made was at 7.09 p.m.

Okay, and that was to who? And that was to his friend who's going to meet for dinner.

Okay. 7.09 p.m. last outgoing call. Okay. And then like I said earlier, he would have had to have left no later than 7.30, 7.45. So whatever. And then his phone never leaves the area. So whatever happened, in my opinion, happened between 710 and probably 745.
