Hey, everybody.

Welcome to the Heaven in Your Home podcast.

This is Francie Winslow.

And today we're going to jump into a topic about connecting our prayer life and our sex life and specifically how I pray before sex, how I pray about sex, how I think about it and how I relate it to my Christian worldview. So before we go any further, let's jump in with a prayer. Father God, thank you for the beauty of your

creation. Thank you for how everything that you have made reveals and reflects part of who you are,

from the changing leaves in the fall to the beautiful white snow, to the refreshing gift of water to our thirsty bodies, all the things you've made down

to our sexual longings, our desires for intimacy, our physical drives, our body anatomy,

all of it points to you and reveals part of what you're like and what your plan is

for self revelation on this earth, for you, God, to be revealed to us.

So, Lord, would you reveal yourself to us today?

And would you also change our hearts so that we see intimacy and marriage through a lens that is

based on biblical truth and on a heavenly value system?

So we invite you, God, into this conversation.
