Well, I just got into riding bikes.

It was a women's all.

It was a hunter-miler.

I just over-corrected and I went down and I knew I was hurt,

but I didn't know the severity of it and I was like my neck is broken like I could feel the bones moving

and could have died on the side of the road really it was scary I looked up at the doctor and I'm like so am I paralyzed and he's like yep you sure are and I was like nope sure not

Ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the heavy checklist podcast and we're gonna just get right into it this week because this is an episode that I'm really

excited about something I've been looking forward to and it's something that is very

close to home here with the podcast crew tonight we're gonna have a discussion with Mrs. Heidi Wing.

This is Marcus's wife and she has a pretty incredible story about a pretty terrible

experience that she's gone through this past year so

buckle up because what you're about to hear is both you know tragic but also

miraculous and it's one of the coolest stories that I've ever been able to witness and I believe you guys will agree.

wives on here and stuff, but you know, it's hard. It's hard to get the scheduling all worked

out for everybody. So I guess you just got to get paralyzed to get an invite right?
