trilogy of episodes honoring the best 80s summer blockbuster.

We first covered 1980 to 1984 and episode 35.

We were then joined by Nerdcage Live on episode 36 to cover 1985 to 1989.

And after tallying up all of our host top five list and our audience members' top five list, one very special movie came out on top.

In a landslide victory, 1985's Back to the Future was crowned king of the 80s summer blockbuster, joining Jurassic Park, who is the king of the 90s summer blockbuster joining Jurassic Park who is the king of the 90s summer

blockbuster so next summer we're going to get into the 2000s and we'll see what movie joins us

from there can guarantee you it's not probably not going to be as good as either of those two movies

but i digress so as promised tonight's episode is all about back to the future.

And let's bring my co-hosts in here and team and Gabe, yes, yes, guys, we do remember that time,

a teenage teen man and a teenage Gabe were hanging out with a much older, crazier scientists,

and he unveiled a time machine that was in the form of a car, and you were both sent back in time where you had to work together to ensure Gabe's parents were gonna fall in love, and then if they didn't, then Gabe would never exist. But Gabe's mom started to fall in love with T-Man, and it's just this huge mess of you guys trying to get back to the future so

now that i've stole your stick welcome to the show gentlemen i hope you're excited for tonight's

episode i have no idea what i'm going to say west i had that exact same thing written down

you son of a well he all i will say now that he's stolen my joke i'm so happy though that these two stolen my joke, I'm so happy, though, that these two movies won.

I mean, how can you beat it, Jurassic Park, then back to the future?
