I think this is a really interesting topic because it's so right now.

This is what coaches are dealing with. And,

you know, COVID era, how is practice different? What are we doing different? And I get questions

about this almost daily when you're thinking about the changes that happen almost every week,

if not every couple of days. And how do we stay consistent? How do we show up for practice

and how do we make good practices knowing that one of the things that we as coaches want the most

is gone, control? We don't have control. It's out of our hands. And now we've got to show up in a

consistent manner. We've got to make better team on somebody else's schedule and not our schedule.
