Hi, everyone. I hope you had a wonderful week. I'm very excited for my guest this week. It's Mary Pink Gilbert from the Pink Shade podcast. We only end up talking about the Real Housewives and Beverly Hills and Southern Charm because by the time we recorded, those are the only two I had been able to get to, but wanted to share a few thoughts on Potomac and Salt Lake

before sharing my chat with Mary Payne. So guys, I am loving Real Housewives of Potomac. I feel like

we're back. I feel like we've got a good cast. I am into it. I don't know that I care so much about like who the leak to Chris

Samuels is. I guess maybe I want to get to the bottom of it. But okay, here's my theory and tell me

if I'm insane. What if no one told Chris Samuels? What if Cookie made it up that he knew? And someone told Cookie what Monique had said,

and then she lied and was like, Chris called me and he told me X, Y, and Z. I don't know. I think it's

possible. It does seem like the Chris that we saw many years ago on Potomac might be, you know, I think he probably showed us a better version of himself than maybe the way he was in his marriage with Monique. And speaking of Monique, I am so here for her this season. I appreciate her energy. I feel like she's not letting things get to

her. She kind of knows what kind of drama is getting, you know, brought up and just being like,

okay, well, I'm going to protect my peace. And so I just, I appreciate it. She's in it without, like,

escalating anything. And I can't

figure out why all the ladies are so upset with Stacey, but I do feel like they're triggered by

her. Maybe it's because she lies a lot. I don't know if she realizes how much she lies.

There's just little things like saying,

well, I never dated Chris Samuels. And then off camera, she was caught saying that, yeah,

she went out a few times or they like met up or they hung out, I think is what she said.

Maybe she uses the term hangout and dating differently. Maybe dating is more serious, but she's definitely met him and spent time with him and has his phone number. So all of that is just to say, like, why doesn't she just come clean and explain whatever was going on even if it wasn't serious? It don't think Monique would care at all. It's just odd that

Stacey lies so much at such a part of who she is and her character. She doesn't realize she's

doing it, but she just changes stories and can't keep things straight, but in her mind, it's all accurate. And so I just think it's, it's a

kind of a wild thing. And then the audience just loves Stacey. And I bet that's also really triggering

to everyone else on the show. And, you know, there's always these fights on the show about who's

being authentic and who's not being authentic. And I feel like the women who are quote unquote sharing and being authentic, like Kay probably thinks she's one of them. Ashley Darby probably thinks she's one of them. They've got a lot of energy for Stacey who's sharing, but maybe not sharing what they believe to be the truth.
