Kathi is a retired bookkeeper and grandmother. 

As a child, Kathi was teased for being overweight and by high school she was dieting. After marrying and having two children, Kathi reached her highest weight. 

In January of 2020, Kathi discovered Fast Feast Repeat and began her IF journey. She has gone from a size fourteen to a size ten. Kathi’s goal is a size eight. 

Kathi’s health has greatly improved: her constant pain, allergies, and plantar fasciitis are all gone. Her bones are stronger, her eyesight and skin have both improved. Kathi feels healthy and strong!
