Tonight we are going to take on the myth that Mexican food is somehow fattening.

It is fattening, and probably it is unflattering.

But last evening on these airwaves, on the world-famous Phil Henry Show podcast on IHeart podcasts,

Dr. Jim Sadler came on, and I will use the crudadalityality or the crudinology, which are two distinct words

with, they mean the same thing, but crudidality and crudinology, basically when he said that the

American people had fat, and I'm quoting directly, fat asses, fat asses from, I got a Ted,

that's Ted Bell, fat asses from eating Mexican food., Ted, that's Ted Bell.

And they... I don't believe in Mexican food.

I cook what's called American Continental Food at Ted's of Beverly Hills.

We have steaks. We have seafood.

We have the traditional American fare.

But I do appreciate Mexican food.

And guess what?

I eat Mexican food. And some people have said that you got a fat ass.
