For those of you who may have been listening to The Fizzle show back in the day, Steph was a co-host

for quite a while, along with Chase and I and Barrett.

And I am really happy to have her back because she has been off on her own for the past couple of years running courage and clarity.

She's done tremendously.

And I don't get a chance to check in with her often enough.

So, Steph, thanks so much for coming back on.

Thank you for having me.

This always feels like home base for me.

I love getting to come back on the Vizzle show.

So I'm glad we get to hang out today.

Totally.

And it's been a little bit too long.

But you had baby number two recently.

I did.

Baby Will was born back in September.

And then we, you know, this little thing called the global pandemic of 2020 hit.

And so it's been crazy.

I can't believe he's, at least at the time of this recording, it's already been almost nine months, which blows my mind.

They say that the second baby, everything feels a lot faster.

And that has been 100% true for me.
