Riccad Vrand. It's also known as Rick Vrans. And a great episode for you today. Today we have

returning guests. Somebody's been on the show quite a few times. Honestly, I'm not sure how

many, but it's definitely a bunch. And he's also been on the Union of the Unwanted. My other show,

I host with Sam Tripoli,

Midnight Mike, and Charlie Robinson. And the person I'm referring to is Richard Grove. He is

truly a OG in this community. He's somebody I've been listening to and a fan of for a long,

long time. And I'm really honored and blessed that I can consider him a friend now.

We've hung out quite a few times. And that kind of comes out in our conversations. You can

kind of tell we're casual. And it seems like just two buddies hanging out, which is always the feeling

and the type of show I try to create. Sometimes it's easier. Sometimes it's harder based on who the

guest is and what you're talking about. But when Rich is on, I always know it's easier, sometimes it's harder based on who the guest is and what you're

and most likely I'm going to learn a few things. If you guys aren't familiar with some of his early
